This month was filled with a lot of welcome backs and warming up with the kids as they got back into the swing of things. If you’ve been following on instagram, the popular hits completed this month have  very different genres!

Taking a break from the classical side we had in the summer, the three top songs featured on instaG are
-Tifa’s Theme – Final Fantasy 7
-My Heart Will Go On – Celine Dion [Titanic]
-Can’t Blame a Girl for Trying – Sabrina Carpenter
[and you’ll see me play the one I’ve been working on arranging for them – If Only from Descendants]
I also have other students that were working on some songs that I do not have recordings yet, here’s the list for them!
-Minuet in G – Bach
-Too Young – Sabrina Carpenter
-When I Was Your Man – Bruno Mars

The younger ones have the songs in their books, as they’ve been either working on chord progressions or going from major to minor, and the newest ones learning new key positions!

I love how they’re all progressing and learning!

And as if they haven’t heard it enough…
Practice, practice, practice!
